-So we are meeting at 10:45 the day of to help set up.
-People in charge of stations:
-Please come up with a costume idea by next Thursday and tell us at the meeting or email Shamita at chemdance11@yahoo.com if you cannot attend.
-Also, plan to stay after to help clean up or find someone to take your spot if you must leave.
-Thanks to everyone who will contact the elementary schools and the like! If you need the flyer, just comment on the blog.
-Shamita, Krista, Lisa, and Jessica are going shopping on Saturday at 11:30.
-Krista and Emily are going to look for more donations.
-Krista has shirt stuff, and Matt F. is going to look into possibly cheaper ones.
-Our 9News connection may or may not come, we will see.
-Jeff has received our advertisement that Dan and I came up with. So those should be going into local newspapers SOON!.
-Spread the word! Spread the love! But don't spread the flu!

Hey guys this is Elizabeth. I don't know how many more people you guys want to invite to the carnival but I work at Hope Montessori School now and I can ask about sending out a flyer to all the kids. Just let me know!
Hey we could also advertise in the "Cool Cuts for Kids" I suspect that they get a lot of young people there with their parents (Krista and i came across this place in our search) so what do you think? yay or nay?
